Monsoon Hair Care Routine ft. Biotique + Q&A
If someone ask me what is that one thing which you hear the most, it has to be my haircare routine. My instagram and my facebook is flooded with messages for my haircare routine, so I have finally decided to sit down and share my routine with you guys.
First things first! I am not a beauty guru and I only share my experiences and what works for me and what I use. So, recently I cut my hair because I was facing a lot of hair fall issues and my ends were kinda damaged, until I realised that it’s monsoons which is messing up with my hair.
It’s just the season and since my actual routine was not much of a help, I thought of using a new one which includes all the products from the same brand. I have been using their oil for about a year now so I thought of buying their shampoo, conditioner and serum too. I invested somewhat around INR 1000 and I thought I can be of some help, who is facing this.
Oiling is always on my to do list
No matter how sticky your hair gets after oiling, never forget this step. My mom has been oiling my hair since I was a child and I do it every weekend when I am at peace. You face hair fall during monsoons so an anti hairfall oil which is light, is best for you.
Never apply too much oil because you know that you will have a hard time taking it out. I always use a bit and massage it for about 5 minutes and leave it overnight. I am currently using Biotique’s Bio Bhringraj Oil (Intensive Hair Regrowth Treatment) INR 150.
Wash, Squeeze, Repeat
This has to be the next thing after oiling. A quick shampoo and conditioner makes your hair soft and fresh and keeps it in place at least for 2-3 days. I am using the shampoo and conditioner from Biotique itself and my hair remains intact for about 3 days in monsoons.
Avoid getting wet in the rain because it makes your hair damp and limp.
Rub and Shine
My hair tends to get frizzy and it’s almost impossible for me to wash my hair everyday. A handy serum solves dryness and adds shines instantly. You just need to apply the serum in dry or wet hair. Currently Biotique Revitalizing serum is doing the work for me.
I am following this specific routine to save my hair from hair fall this monsoons! Shop these awesome products from https://www.biotique.com. Also, since you guys ask me so many questions related to my hair, I thought of answering them for you today.
